If our long term relationships are on the verge of breaking up, we cry in front of our freinds or on the TV show and say "He would come home, USE me and go away.."
Give me a break dude! Which world are we living in? 70s, 80s or 21st century?
You degrade yourself to the extent of calling yourself a Disposable Product? Wasn't the man involved? Oh! he wasn't Used? Is it?
"Men Uses and Women Loses." Just think once? It's the society who has given this power to men. Women would be used if she gets involved! I am not saying that our society is bad / wrong. The objective of the society behind this is to keep discipline and not to act like dogs. So one of the sexes have to follow the rules and it is ofcourse women.
There won't be an extra privilege for men, if women Decides not to give them this privilege where one calls herself as a used product and the other, if; doesn't loses his virginity then "He is not a Man."
If we are really in the 21st century and so called modern people then think about it?
The least we can do is to stop degrading ourselves.
PS: I was scrolling the channels and came across this trailer on a national television program called emotional ataychar where woman was crying and saying, "he would come home, use me and go away." What is the need of such shows is yet another issue!!

for majority of india ( rule of man ) ur right in wht ur saying ...but note that all of devloped world its nt true...its just tht we as indian society potrey women as devine,,pure ,,un adultrated ..... yes i agree they are better at thoughts then most men ,,, but dosent mean that they dont think,,, act,,, do ,,,same doigs as man do ....
ReplyDeletecoz she was a women she was used ,,, why do all relationship end wid a sexual note.. there are many other n major reasons too for a relation to end,,, but ya we as indian only think tht coz he slept wid her he has to spend the resto of his life wid her ,,, even though at later stage as a person changes they dnt get along,,,
same can be seen in most of the marrages in india ,, many ppl put up wid their marrage even though they dnt get along,,, why coz the society says so ,, how do we look if we get a divorce ,,,
ppl choose to live a sad life rather then getting done wid it ,,,, even though the other wud say - i was used -
well times are changing and so will ppl ,,, for better or worse tht we will knw ,,, we have all the western cult. to refer to '/'
@Varun: hahaa, u always extend my subject.So true, relationships shud nt end on sexual note, but my point is that women need to respect their bodies before using such terms.. m sure women act upon many things but using such terms brings only Self Pity in women which wont do any good..

ReplyDeletei just saw the EA sadistic episode last eve! the basic motto of this prog is to create a scare amongst youngsters saying there is nothing called love and its all a fairy tale and an infatuation that only fools should believe in... so dump ur guy/gal when u are suspicious of him/her..
another irritating part is why should any damn person go on loyalty test. i mean is any relation based on some camera reviews and what others have to say... it all seems so fake!
